CLEAN FLEETS GUIDEProcuring clean and efficient road vehiclesThis guide is designed to assist public authorities and public transport operators in purchasing clean and energy efficient vehicles in full compliance with European legislation – in particular the Clean Vehicles Directive (CVD)4.
